Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Booking and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Made by the Client:
You may cancel your session up to 7 days before the scheduled appointment and receive a full credit to reschedule your session at a later date.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the session date will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
Cancellations Made by the Medium:
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your session, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to your session date.
Requests made within 7 days of the session will be treated as a late cancellation and will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
4. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and payment will be forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for no-shows.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of mediumship and the time reserved for each client, all payments are non-refundable except in the case of cancellations made by me.
Mediumship sessions are a personal and spiritual service, and while I strive to provide meaningful and validating experiences, results may vary, and refunds will not be issued based on individual satisfaction.
6. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the following client’s appointment. No refunds or extensions will be provided for late arrivals.
7. Agreement to Terms
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
